Important: Performers must be 5-12 years of age or older. NO ADULTS. Any age exception must receive prior approval from the HFF Production Committee. Groups that miss a scheduled performance without providing advance notice may be ineligible to participate in future festivals. Please include all scheduling restrictions in the Special Requests or Accommodations section.

Participant Ticket Distribution Meeting: Monday, October 12, 2026

Music files and performance descriptions should be final when submitted. Any requested changes after submission must be approved by the HFF Production Committee and cannot be guaranteed.
