Menu Approval

Please list every ethnic food and beverage item you plan to sell, including the selling price. All menus will be reviewed and must receive approval from Holiday Folk Fair International. Once approved, no additional items or substitutions will be permitted.

Vendors may not sell soda or water. All other approved ethnic beverages must be sold starting at $5.00 each.

Once the approved menu has been printed, a $40 menu reprinting fee will apply if a vendor requests that an item be removed.

Vendors must bring their own equipment. Propane tanks are not allowed. Any required gas service must be ordered through the utility-service section below.

Class K Fire Extinguisher Rental — $60 (If used, a $100 recharge fee will apply. If the extinguisher is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will apply.)
Vendors who bring their own fire extinguisher must make it available for inspection before the event opens. The extinguisher must be the required type, be fully charged, display a current inspection/service tag, and comply with all applicable fire-safety requirements. Expired or noncompliant extinguishers will not be accepted, and the vendor must rent an approved extinguisher.
